   Proposal Description:
   The first aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between anti-dementia medication use and subsequent clinical progression among subjects with amnestic MCI. We will employ a new user design and will incorporate statistical techniques to handle time-varying confounding such as inverse probability weighting and weighted cumulative exposure models. The main outcomes of interest will be incident dementia and change in CDR Sum of Boxes scores. Other endpoints may be considered. The second aim is to explore differences in progression over time by demographics and clinical characteristics such as age and APOE.
